Goal #1 Cadets will demonstrate Excellence in all we do by promoting academic excellence through maintaining an AFJROTC grade point average of 3.0 or higher for the 2018-2019 school year.
Goal #2 Ensure 1) 100% of Cadet Corps complete the PFT within the first 45 days of the semester/or enrollment, and 2) 90% of the Cadet Corps overall PFT score increases at least 20% by the end of the 2018-2019 school year.
Goal #1 By the end of the 2018-2019 school year, OK-071 will recruit new cadets and retain existing cadets through a three step process 1) early Recruitment Team engagement in feeder middle-schools (visit A.R and Sadler Jr High at least three times during the school year), and recruit at least 10% new cadets, 2) working with school administrators to organize a MHS Freshman Orientation led by cadets (summer 2019), and 3) retain at least 75% of enrolled 2018-2019 cadets.
Goal #2 Cadets demonstrate “Excellence in all we do” by 1) organizing at minimum 8 Leadership Development Requirements (i.e., Color Guard, Rifle Team, Green Team, Recruiting Team, Military Ball Committee, Awards Committee, Fundraising Committee, etc.), and 2) participate/support at least 35 events/activities during the 2018-2019 school year.
Goal #1 OK-071 cadets will promote a stronger AFJROTC presence on the campus and community by 1) ensuring 95% of cadets participate in at least 4 community service events, and 2) completing at least 1600 AFJROTC community service hours throughout the school year
Goal #2 By the end of the 2018-2019 school year, OK-071 will increase parental involvement by 30 % in unit activities (i.e., Booster Club, Carpool, Field trips/Chaperones, Fundraising, etc.).
